It is for such women that fast yeast pancakes on dry yeast will be a revelation. So the family will be happy, and it will take little time for them. Will we cook?

Recipe for lace pancakes in boiling water and milk

Most women refuse to cook pancakes with yeast only because they need to be cooked on a dough. But it is this recipe that excludes such a moment, which means you do not need to mess around for a long time. The result will not just please, such pancakes will become an adornment of any holiday table.

The list of products for the dish:

  • a little more than a couple cups of boiling water;
  • 100 grams stack of refined vegetable oil;
  • three cups with a hill of wheat flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 11 gram sachet of dry yeast;
  • about half a liter of homemade fatty milk;
  • a couple of tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • a pair of chicken eggs.

Cooking procedure:

  1. Make this dough only in milk, without it it will turn out not so tender. It needs to be heated to a slightly warm state.
  2. Pour yeast into it, dispersing them on the surface of the milk. Do not mix.
  3. After a quarter of an hour, the yeast should earn, which will be expressed in a fluffy hat.
  4. Mix eggs with salt and granulated sugar until white and add to milk. Stir until smooth.
  5. Sift the flour and mix thoroughly. The dough will be quite thick, which will avoid the formation of lumps.
  6. Cover with a clean towel and put in heat without drafts for at least a couple of hours. It is important that the dough rises well, but does not peroxide.
  7. Pour boiling water into a suitable dough, stirring vigorously.
  8. Introduce oil. Stir and you can start the baking process in a dry pan.

Very simple and quick pancakes, the preparation of which will take no more than 5 minutes. It is customary to delight relatives with such a dish on Pancake week, but who said that they should not be baked on a weekday!

  • a little more than a couple cups of milk or fermented baked milk;
  • a cup of warm water;
  • three chicken eggs;
  • a tablespoon of granulated sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • dry yeast no more than a teaspoon;
  • A 100 gram stack of refined vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Drive eggs into a pan with wide sides, add salt and sugar, yeast. Stir whisk until smooth.
  2. Dilute the mixture with warm water. Mix.

The list of products for the dish:

  • about half a kilogram of wheat flour;
  • a pinch of rock salt;
  • half a 100 gram stack of granulated sugar;
  • the same amount of vegetable oil;
  • half a liter of skim milk;
  • four large chicken eggs;
  • about 50 grams of butter.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Pour the yolks into them. Mix.
  3. Add the whole norm of milk, mix. It is better to add milk frequently, thoroughly mixing each addition.
  4. Beat the whites in a strong foam and introduce into the main dough.
  5. Pour in oil. Mix. The dough must be a little thinner than sour cream in consistency.
  6. Cover with a towel and leave to approach for at least an hour. During this time, it will double its volume.
  7. Bake pancakes, well lubricating the pan with butter.

Chocolate pancakes

Such pancakes will be an excellent basis for a pancake cake with whipped cream. Yes, and in its pure form, they will please your little ones, forcing them to squint with pleasure. And if you grease them with nutella, then in a couple of minutes they will simply be swept off the plate.

The list of products for the dish:

  • a little more than a couple cups of milk;
  • a cup of boiling water;
  • two and a half cups without a slide sifted several times, flour;
  • a couple of tablespoons of good cocoa powder;
  • half a 100 gram stack of sugar;
  • the same amount of vegetable oil;
  • egg;
  • a tablespoon of dry yeast.

Cooking process:

  1. In warm milk, dilute salt and sugar, an egg.
  2. Add yeast to it and let it stand for literally a quarter of an hour, until the yeast cap appears.
  3. Mix flour and cocoa powder. Introduce into the liquid mixture.
  4. Cover with a towel and leave to approach for at least an hour.
  5. After stirring, without stopping the process, pour boiling water and oil.

You can bake immediately.

In the bread maker

This recipe is for the lazy, because nothing will need to be done independently, except for the baking of pancakes. But this will not take so much time, because such a quantity will be just for family breakfast. If you want to speed up the process, bake them in two pans at once.

Into the cup of the bread machine (measuring cup and spoon):

  • 2 cups of warm milk;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • egg;
  • a couple of spoons of granulated sugar;
  • a couple of spoons of vegetable oil;
  • three cups of wheat flour;
  • two tablespoons of dry yeast.

How to cook:

  1. Cooking is to include a fresh test program. And about 1.5 hours you can go about your business.
  2. After the sound signal, indicating the end of the process, you can begin to bake pancakes in a greased pan.

  9. Pour refined oil.
  10. Pour 100 g of flour and pour warm milk.
  11. We mix all the ingredients, it should be a liquid composition.

  14. After 45 minutes, knead it again.
  15. Add protein and pour hot water to remove the density.
  16. In a well-heated pan, bake pancakes.
