Homemade cottage cheese casserole - a miracle in the Redmond slow cooker

Modern housewives, for the most part, have in their arsenal an extensive assortment of kitchen appliances: from a blender, mixer, to crock-pots and food processors. That's why ordinary dishes turn out airy, aromatic and unforgettable, like a professional chef. Especially popular in recent years is home baking in a slow cooker. The curd puddings and casseroles prepared using this “miracle of technology” have a texture and taste that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Light classic multicooker casserole

To cook casserole from cottage cheese, the Redmond multicooker is suitable, as it has all the necessary set of options for cooking such dishes. The airy cottage cheese casserole cooked according to the classic recipe also works well in it.

To prepare a sweet dessert, you should take:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese (fat does not matter);
  • a pair of medium eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 50 g semolina;
  • 50 g of sour cream (fat content does not matter);
  • a little salt, vanillin, ½ bag of baking powder;
  • 100 g pitted raisins.

The process of preparing this sweet dish is simple:

  1. Beat sugar with eggs in a froth, add cottage cheese, sour cream, carefully knead.
  2. Gradually introduce the remaining ingredients, most notably raisins.
  3. The mass is mixed to a homogeneous consistency, transferred to a prepared (greased) bowl.
  4. The filled bowl is placed in the multicooker, checking the condition of the valve (open position).
  5. Set the relay to "Baking" mode (about 40 minutes).
  6. After the signal that the multicooker has finished baking, remove the bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  7. Turn the casserole onto a dish, pour over syrup.

If you lay fresh berries or fruits on top of this dish evenly, add chocolate fondant, then this curd dessert can be safely served to guests at the festive table.

Chocolate Cottage Cheese Dessert

A tasty, nutritious and at the same time fragrant dish is cottage cheese casserole with cocoa. At the same time, the sweet dessert looks very original: marbled white with brown stains remind of the holiday and delicious holiday sweets.

The products for this dish should be stocked up with the simplest, the main thing is not to miss anything:

  • a kilogram of fat cottage cheese;
  • bar of dark chocolate;
  • 6 chicken eggs;
  • 150 g of starch;
  • 180 g of sugar;
  • 100 ml cream (fat content 10%).

This sweet dish compares favorably with ease of preparation:

  1. Eggs and sugar are introduced into the curd grinded through a sieve, beat the mass with a whisk, and divide the mass in half.
  2. The chocolate cream is melted in a water bath, introduced into one part of the curd mixture, mixed.
  3. 3 tablespoons of starch are introduced into the chocolate mixture, and the remaining starch into white.
  4. Alternately dark and white mixture is poured into the prepared (greased) bowl of the multicooker, cover with a lid.
  5. Cook on baking for 70 minutes. After the signal about the end, the bowl should not be opened for another half an hour, otherwise the casserole will settle.

After cutting the dessert into portions, they can be poured with condensed milk and sprinkled with grated chocolate.

Berry-curd dessert

In the summertime, when there is no shortage of fresh berries, but on the contrary, their abundance only pleases, I want to pamper myself and the household with something special. The Redmond multicooker will act as an assistant, it will not warm the already stuffy air and will perfectly cope with the task.

To prepare a cottage cheese and berry dessert, you should stock up on the following components:

  • 500 g of homemade cottage cheese;
  • 150 g of granulated sugar;
  • Chicken egg - 5 pcs.;
  • 200 g of sour cream (high fat content);
  • 160 g semolina;
  • 24 g of soda;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • 200 g of any berries;
  • parchment for baking.

Dessert is prepared in the following way:

  1. Semolina is mixed with sour cream, vanilla sugar is added, soda, slaked with vinegar, left for 40 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs in a strong foam, inject 100 g of sugar, continuing to beat until a uniform foam.
  3. Combine the swollen semolina, egg foam and cottage cheese.
  4. The berries are thoroughly washed, drained and covered with sugar for 20 minutes.
  5. The bowl is lined with parchment, greased with butter, spread the curd dough, lay the berries on top, level them.
  6. Close the lid of the multicooker, bake dessert for 40 minutes. After that, the multicooker is transferred to the "heating" program and left for another 20 minutes.
  7. To remove the casserole from the multicooker, grab the edges of parchment paper and carefully transfer to a dish.

Before serving, the dessert is cut into small pieces.

Curd dessert for babies (with semolina)

Cottage cheese dessert, which is recommended even for children, can also be prepared using a slow cooker.

The ingredients for this dish are taken the simplest and most affordable:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • 30 g semolina;
  • 40 g of granulated sugar;
  • a little soda;
  • 20 g butter;
  • some salt.

Making dessert with semolina:

  1. Beat the eggs in a thick foam.
  2. Semolina is mixed with sugar, salt, soda.
  3. Semolina is introduced into the curd, beaten eggs, mix thoroughly.
  4. In a bowl greased with butter, spread the curd mixture, cook for 20 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
  5. The table is served chilled.

Since the dish prepared according to this recipe is not very sweet, it is recommended that sweet tooth be watered with syrup or condensed milk before meals. In addition, in the absence of a slow cooker in the house, dessert can be prepared in a bread machine, replacing semolina with a glass of flour.

Curd masterpiece "To the festive table"

Receiving guests, every housewife wants to surprise them and treat them with something special. These tasks are easy to perform, if you have at hand there is a slow cooker, cottage cheese and canned peaches (you can also use fresh fruits).

For this baking should prepare the components:

  • 50 g semolina;
  • 500 g of cottage cheese (fat does not matter);
  • 20 g sour cream;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • a bag of jelly mixes;
  • 2 peaches (or a can of canned);
  • 100 g of raisins;
  • vanillin.

Prepare a sweet according to the following scheme:

  1. Cottage cheese, raisins, sugar, semolina and vanilla are mixed.
  2. Curd mass is transferred to a slow cooker, greased with sour cream.
  3. The slow cooker is installed on the Baking program and baked for about an hour.
  4. After a signal of readiness, allow the casserole to cool in a bowl, and then transfer to a dish.
  5. On the surface of the cooled casserole, peaches are laid out in slices, jelly is prepared from a bag in accordance with the instructions.
  6. Pour the jelly casserole and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

The culinary experts consider the absence of eggs in the recipe a plus of this dish, so such a dessert will be useful even for allergy sufferers and vegetarians.
